What happens after the 3-day trial?
You keep the PRD you generated during the trial — it's yours forever. If you subscribe, you get full access to your chosen tier. If not, you can still buy the template standalone.
Is the template included with subscriptions?
Yes. Both Starter and Pro include Ship Template™. You can also buy the template separately if you just want the codebase without the AI agents.
What does "limited" mean on Starter?
Starter gives you the full agent — same intelligence, same quality — with a monthly usage cap. For example, you get 3 PRD generations per month, not a dumbed-down PRD agent. Pro removes all caps.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access through the end of your billing period, and any code, PRDs, or brand guides you created are yours to keep.
What IDE does this work with?
The template works in any IDE. The deepest AI agent integration is with Cursor, but AGENTS.md provides compatibility with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and Claude Code.
